Occupational pensions (LPP)
An employee becomes disabled after an illness. Does your LPP plan really cover this risk?
Employer obligations
Every employer must enrol in a pension fund any employee whose annual salary exceeds the entry threshold set by law. The employer finances at least half of the contributions.
Employee benefits
The LPP (occupational pension, 2nd pillar) covers retirement, disability and death. Plans vary from one pension fund to another: the share of salary insured (coordinated salary), the savings credited each year (retirement credits), risk cover.
Comparing your plan
Comparing pension funds lets you check whether your contributions and your benefits are consistent. The plan can also be adapted to the reality of your business.
What I do
I analyse your current LPP plan, compare offers from several pension foundations and present the options. You decide with full knowledge of the facts.
